ALLARM Gives Watershed Groups Technical Support
|
ALLARM's Technical Support Center works in cooperation with volunteer watershed organizations to identify watershed problems and provide monitoring assistance.
Through an integrated series of workshops, ALLARM assists watershed groups in meeting their monitoring goals by providing assistance during all stages of program development and implementation.
ALLARM’s Community Aquatic Research Laboratory (CARL) provides quality assurance/quality control assistance. ALLARM is one of eight organizations that are part of an umbrella program called the Consortium for Scientific Assistance to Watersheds (C-SAW), which provides free technical assistance to watershed groups in Pennsylvania.
For information about the volunteer monitoring groups ALLARM works with, visit the Watershed Organizations webpage.
