Budget Follow-Up: Allegheny Front: New State Budget Cuts Hit Environmental Agencies

 

Gov. Rendell has just signed Pennsylvania's new budget. The $28 billion budget once again includes cuts to the state's environmental and agriculture agencies.
            In Washington, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has raised the bar on state pollution caps in the Chesapeake Bay.
