Environmental Synopsis Features Green Roof Technology

The July issue of Environmental Synopsis newsletter published by the Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee features an article on green roof technology and its ability to reduce urban heating and improve stormwater management. Other articles include: reusable grocery bags, climate change legislation, prescription drug collection and federal biofuels road map.
Rep. Scott Hutchinson (R-Venango) serves as Chair of the Committee and Sen. Ray Musto (D-Luzerne) servers as Vice Chair.
