The Independent Regulatory Review Commission met on November 4 and approved two Environmental Quality Board regulations: #7-378: Final Small Sources of NOx, Cement Kilns and Large Internal Combustion Engines; and #7-386: Final Triennial Review of Water Quality Standards.
