The Environmental Quality Board published a final regulation changes relating to the administration of the Water and Wastewater Systems Operators' Certification Program and a correction to the final Chapter 102 Erosion and Sedimentation and Stormwater Management regulation. The Environmental Quality Board published notice of proposed stream redesignations in Berks, Bucks, Cameron, Chester, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Wayne and York counties.
The Department of Environmental Protection has proposed changes to the General Air Quality Plan approval General Permit for natural gas, coal bed methane or gob gas production or recovery facilities. The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of changes to the list of firms and individuals certified to perform radon related activities (PA Bulletin page 5385)
