Description: This draft guidance describes procedures for protecting perennial and intermittent streams and wetlands from potential adverse effects caused by underground bituminous coal mining operations. It replaces existing technical guidance document No. 563-2000-655: Perennial Stream Protection, which pertains only to the protection of perennial streams. Comments due March 28.
