DEP Re-issues Fish Advisories It Just Issued Before Christmas

The Department of Environmental Protection and other state agencies this week re-issued an updated list of fish consumption advisories that includes nine advisories and also eases or lifts seven other advisories. The agencies last updated the fish advisories just before Christmas.
Fish advisories were also re-issued for Pymatuning Reservoir and Tamarack Lake saying there were no advisories for those lakes in 2011.
The advisories were developed through a partnership between the Fish and Boat Commission and the state departments of Environmental Protection, Health, and Agriculture.
