Greening Residential Developments Breakfast Program March 23

The Green Building Alliance in Pittsburgh is sponsoring a breakfast program on Greening Residential Developments on March 23 at the Engineers Society of Western Pennsylvania.

With this year’s release of the NAHB Model Green Home Building Guidelines and LEED for Homes on the way, a panel of experts to discuss the greening of residential developments and background on these new initiatives.

Topics will include new construction in brownfields, neighborhood revitalization and best construction practices and processes for greening residential developments.

Speakers will include: John Bendel, Federal Home Loan Bank (moderator); Henry Hanson, Sustainable Communities, LLC; Murray Rust, Montgomery & Rust, Inc.; and Duncan Prahl, IBACOS.
