State Building Energy Efficiency: House Bill 547 (Petri-R-Bucks) providing for state government building energy efficiency. Hunting On State Lands: House Bill 576 (Baker-R-Tioga) providing for opening lands managed by DCNR for hunting.
Remining Enhancement Fund: House Bill 603 (Hutchinson-R-Venango) further providing for the Remining Environmental Enhancement Fund by providing grants.
Leasing Other State Lands: House Bill 604 (Hutchinson-R-Venango) providing for the leasing of other state lands for drilling and mineral right development.
