Clean & Green: House Bill 143 (Major-R-Susquehanna) adding provisions in Act 319 farmland preferential assessment allowing the split off of land for wireless services and mineral rights development was reported from the House Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee and is now on the House Calendar for action. |
