PA Geologic Survey: Japanese Earthquake Registers In Pennsylvania

A seismograph at the Middletown office of DCNR's Bureau of Topographic and Geologic Survey registered the earthquake that hit Japan on Friday. According to Helen Delano, Senior Geologist with the Pennsylvania Geologic Survey, the 8.9 magnitude earthquake was the largest one she has monitored.
