March Environmental Synopsis: Water Is The Oil Of The 21st Century

The March issue of the Environmental Synopsis, published by the Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee, features an article on how water will be the oil of the 21st Century.
Other articles include: offshore wind energy, large farming operations, expanding use of ethanol for fuel, reducing greenhouse gas emissions from transportation and exporting clean energy products.
Rep. Scott Hutchinson (R-Venango) serves as Chair of the Joint Conservation Committee.
