Earth Day: A Billion Acts Of Green
|

The Earth Day Network is organizing Earth Day 2011 around “A Billion Acts of Green”—the largest environmental service campaign in the world. With over 72 million actions to date, the campaign inspires and rewards simple, measurable acts that support sustainability.
The goal is to register one billion actions in advance of the Earth Summit in Rio in 2012. A special website quantifies acts of green through an easy-to-use online registration tool.
