The Recycling Markets Center, a non-profit organization associated with Penn State University, is seeking candidates for Executive Director.

The Center is looking for an experienced service-oriented individual with demonstrated knowledge and expertise in recycling programs; creative vision, and the ability to think innovatively and strategically, and possess dynamic leadership abilities.

A Master’s degree or equivalent knowledge with five years related experience is required. Experience related to recycling market development, waste management, business and economic development, technology assistance, business financing, and/or environmental policies and programs is strongly preferred.
