Bills Introduced

The following bills of interest were introduced this week--

Gas Treatment Plant Operators: Senate Bill 996 (Baker-R-Luzerne) requiring DEP to ensure a competent individuals operate equipment treating and discharging gas well drilling wastewater.

Drinking Water Week: House Resolution 226 (Hutchinson-R-Venango) designating the week of May 1-7 as Drinking Water Week.
