On The Governor's Desk

The following bill was given final action and is now on the Governor's desk for his approval or veto--
Natural Gas Well/Coal Spacing: Senate Bill 265 (MJ White-R-Venango) updates the Coal and Gas Resource Coordination Act to establishing adequate and safe spacing between Marcellus Shale natural gas well clusters and workable coal seams was passed unchanged by the House and now goes to the Governor for his action.
