The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of proposed Philadelphia air quality monitoring plan and notice of the 2012 air quality monitoring plan for comment. DEP also published notice of changes to list of certified radon services firm (PA Bulletin page 2490)
The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources published notice of changes to State Park usage fees for dog-friendly cabins and cottages. The Fish and Boat Commission published notice of new royalty payments for sand and gravel extracted from Commonwealth waters.
DEP also published notice it is rescinding several Drinking Water Program policies as outdated and incorrect--

Description: The Department's Bureau provided information relating to monitoring requirements for the Total Colifrom Rule to support public water systems and the Department staff in implementing the Program. The guidance document is being rescinded because it contains outdated information that is now incorrect.

Description: The Department's Bureau provided information relating to monitoring requirements for the Surface Water Filtration Rule to support public water systems and Department staff in implementing the Program.
