Whistleblower: House Bill 1605 (Frankel-D-Allegheny) amends the Oil and Gas Act to include Whistleblower Act provisions for employees of natural gas well operators. Farmland Plate: House Bill 1613 (Denlinger-R-Lancaster) authorizing a farmland preservation vehicle license plate with proceeds used to support farmland preservation.
