The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of final guidance on Critical Area Water Resources Plans. DEP also published notice of Section 401 Clean Water Act Consistency for the PASPGP-4 General Permit, notice of nutrient credit trading actions and certification requests, Final: DEP ID: 392-2130-015. Guidelines for Development of Critical Area Resource Plans. The Water Resources Planning Act (Act 220 of 2002) provides for the development of a Critical Area Resource Plan (CARP) for any watershed designated as a Critical Water Planning Area.
