DEP Proposes Changes To Permits Related To Disposal Of Marcellus Shale Well Fluids
|

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of proposed changes to three Waste General Permits-- WMGR119, WMGR121 and WMGR123-- related to the handling of drilling fluids, flowback and produced water generated from Marcellus Shale gas wells.
Copies of the proposed changes will be available on the Proposals Currently Open for Comment webpage.
