PEC Officially Joins National Green Infrastructure Partnership
|
|
The PA Environmental Council has signed the statement of support, recognizing the multiple benefits of green infrastructure in reducing pollution and improving water quality.
PEC is currently one of only 3 Pennsylvania organizations included in this partnership. However, local and state governments, environmental groups, development groups, and other corporate entities are invited to sign the Statement of Support.
The Environmental Protection Agency's Green Infrastructure Partnership aims to promote green infrastructure as a preferable approach to manage stormwater runoff.
