Municipal Public Utilities: Senate Bill 1236 (Solobay-D-Washington) adding municipalities to the definition of public utility.

Creditable Mine Safety Experience: Senate Bill 1240 (Solobay-D-Washington) further providing for creditable serve for mine safety inspectors.
