The Department of Environmental Protection published three notices related to extending the NPDES General Permits for Stormwater Discharges-- PAG-13 - Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems, PAG-12 - Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations and notice of the PAG-13 permits with modifications which are available online. DEP also published an updated list of firms certified to perform radon related activities (PA Bulletin page 5039)
