Marcellus Job Training: Senate Bill 1285 (Brewster-D-Allegheny) establishing the Marcellus well Job Training and Certification Program. NewsClip: Marcellus Training, Certification Bill Introduced In Senate Marcellus Shale Severance Tax: Senate Bill 1286 (Brester-D-Allegheny) enacting a Marcellus Shale severance tax to fund local government projects with an allocation to the Environmental Stewardship Fund (Growing Greener). Marcellus Pipeline Protection: Senate Bill 1288 (Baker-R-Luzerne) adding Marcellus Shale natural gas lines to the Underground Utility Line Protection Law.
