Final Delaware River Basin Marcellus Drilling Regs Expected To Be Posted Nov. 7

The Delaware River Basin Commission is expected to unveil its final Marcellus Shale drilling regulations November 7 on its website. Action on the regulations is set for November 21.
The Commission made clear in an announcement in October this new version of the regulations is not intended to open another comment period and the meeting on the 21st is to take action on the rules, not to accept further comments.
