Centre County Collects 3,000 Pounds Of CDs, DVDs and VCR Tapes For Recycling

From October 3 to November 15 the Centre County Solid Waste Authority collected over 3,000 pounds of old CDs, DVDs and VCR tapes for recycling. That’s 3,000 pounds diverted from a landfill. The Authority wants to thank their residents for participating in this special collection event and hope to have similar events in the future.
