House: the Environmental Resources and Energy Committee meets to consider House Bill 193 (Harper-R-Montgomery) requiring state-owned or leased buildings to meet certain green standards, House Bill 1813 (Tobash-R-Berks) amending the surface mining act to further providing for a reclamation financial guarantee, Senate Bill 995 (Baker-R-Luzerne) requiring Marcellus Shale gas wells to post certain 911 response information, House Resolution 438 (Cruz-D-Philadelphia) urging Philadelphia to establish a waste tire removal and disposal program; the Consumer Affairs Committee has two meetings this week, it meets to consider House Bill 1926 (Preston-D-Allegheny) prohibiting the use of eminent domain for natural gas gathering lines and holds a hearing on House Bill 1580 (Ross-R-Chester) increasing the solar mandate in the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards; the Veterans Affairs & Emergency Preparedness Committee meets to consider House Bill 1701 (Cutler-R-Lancaster) establishing the State Geospatial Council.  <>  Click Here for full House Committee Schedule.

Fish & Boat Commission Regulation Review: House Bill 2035 (Pyle-R-Armstrong) providing for the review of Fish and Boat Commission regulations under the Regulatory Review Act.
