The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of final guidance on natural gas vehicle conversions, notice of the 2012 mining reclamation fee, a notice extending PAG-02 NPDES General Permit for stormwater discharges related to construction activities and notices under the Nutrient Credit Trading Program of actions taken, certification requests and new credit registrations. The Public Utility Commission published notice decertifying four generators of alternative energy credits.

This policy provides guidance to clean alternative fuel conversion system manufacturers, installers and potential purchasers of conversion systems regarding the repair and warranties of emission control components on new passenger cars and light-duty trucks retrofitted with clean alternative fuel conversion systems.
