DEP Revises Storm Relief Grant Program Guidelines

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of changes to the Storm Relief Advantage Grant Program to fund energy efficiency and pollution prevention measures by small businesses.
            The deadline for applications remains December 31.
            An eligible applicant must be a for-profit small business owner whose business or facility is located within this Commonwealth. All Commonwealth small businesses are eligible, including but not limited to manufacturers, retailers, service providers, mining businesses and agricultural concerns.
            The project to which the grant will apply must be located within the following Commonwealth counties (as of November 18, 2011): Adams, Bedford, Berks, Blair, Bradford, Bucks, Cambria, Carbon, Centre, Chester, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lacka- wanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montgomery, Monroe, Montour, Northampton, Northumberland, Perry, Philadelphia, Pike, Schuylkill, Snyder, Somerset, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wayne, Wyoming and York.
