December Environmental Synopsis Features Review Of Year's Activities

The December issue of the Environmental Synopsis published by the Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee features a review of issues tackled by the Committee during 2011.
Other issues included in this edition are: Military embracing green technology, new vehicle fuel economy standards, shifting tree ranges and the national recycling rate. Rep. Scott Hutchinson (R-Venango) serves as Chair of the Committee.
