DEP Committee Considers Chesapeake Bay Cleanup Plan, Using Mine Drainage For Fracking

The Department of Environmental Protection's Water Resources Advisory Committee will meet on January 11 to consider the Phase II Chesapeake Bay Watershed Implementation Plan and the issue of using acid mine drainage for Marcellus Shale fracking.
The Committee will meet at 9:30 in Room 105 of the Rachel Carson Building.
