H2O Program: Senate Bill 1401 (Hughes-D-Philadelphia) further providing for the distribution of funding under the H2O Program for flood control and prevention projects.

Emissions Inspection: Senate Resolution 246 (Wozniak-D-Cambria) memorializing Congress to re-evaluate the need for the vehicle emissions inspection program.
