Wind Power Exception: House Bill 2228 (Sonney-R-Erie) providing an exemption in the Agricultural Area Security Law for wind power facilities.

Marcellus Principles: House Resolution 593 (White-D-Allegheny) urging the Marcellus Shale industry to adopt the Marcellus Shale Principles.
