The following bill was given final approval by the House and Senate and now goes to the Governor for his action--
Air Pollution Plans: Senate Bill 304 (MJ White-R-Venango) further providing for public review of State Air Quality Improvement Plans was removed from the Table and referred into and out of the House Appropriations Committee and passed by the House. A summary and House Fiscal Note are available. The bill now goes to the Governor for his action.
