The agenda for the April 17 Environmental Quality Board meeting includes proposed rulemaking on the Triennial Review of Water Quality Standards and measurement and reporting of condensable particulate matter, final rulemaking on noncoal mining fees, consideration of a rulemaking petition concerning the Upper and Middle Delaware River and a proposed procedure for the withdrawal of EQB regulations from the regulatory process.
The Public Utility Commission published notice of its final rulemaking order on natural gas distribution companies and the promotion of competitive retail markets (PA Bulletin page 2159), notice of a proposed regulation on licensing requirements for natural gas suppliers and notice of order on use of third parties for net metering under the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards Act.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of draft technical guidance on addressing spills and releases from oil and gas wells, notice of certification under Section 401 of the federal Clean Water Act for nationwide permits, notice incorporating federal radioactive material decommissioning requirements into Pennsylvania's Radiation Protection Program and notice of changes to the radon activities certification list (PA Bulletin page 2099).
The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice of actions taken on requests for consumptive uses of water.
