Artisans, Arts Businesses Invited To Apply For PA Wilds Artisan Trail

The PA Wilds Artisan Development Initiative is now accepting applications for its spring jury session for artisans and retail sites interested in joining the PA Wilds Artisan Trail.
The deadline for spring applications is May 11.
Since its inception in 2006, this program has proven to increase sales and visibility for artisans and arts-related businesses in the PA Wilds Region. Use of the “Proudly Made in the Pennsylvania Wilds” brand helps command a higher price while getting more of these items to market through retail partners in the region.
A key benefit to joining the PA Wilds Artisan Trail is professional marketing support with a strong online presence as well as offline with materials that help artisans more easily market their products to residents, visitors, design professionals and the like.
If you are a visual artist and/or craft artisan living in the PA Wilds we highly encourage you to apply. Likewise, shops, restaurants, lodges, galleries, visitor centers and other retailers in the region who are interested in selling handcrafted items by PA Wilds Juried Artisans, and cross-marketing with the PA Wilds brand, should apply to become a stop on the trail. Jury sessions are held twice a year – in the spring and fall.
