Bills Introduced

The following bills of interest were introduced this week--

Oil & Gas Prices: House Resolution 728 (Hornaman-D-Erie) urging Congress to utilize findings compiled by the Oil and Gas Price Fraud Working Group to find a way to reduce the price of gasoline and diesel fuel in the U.S.

Drilling Health Registry: Senate Bill 1519 (Yudichak-D-Luzerne) requiring $2 million of the drilling impact fee to be used by the Department of Health for the establishment of a population-based health registry.
