The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee Wednesday reported out legislation to extend the Storage Tank Cleanup Program and make changes to the Pittsburgh Region low-RVP gasoline requirements.  The bills include:

-- Senate Bill 1398 (Yudichak-D-Luzerne) extending the Storage Tank Cleanup Program;

-- Senate Bill 1386 (Vogel-R-Beaver) providing relief from Pittsburgh low-RVP gasoline requirement (amended); and

-- House Bill 2411 (Sainato-D-Beaver) providing for law enforcement personnel death benefits for referral to another committee.

Rep. Scott Hutchinson (R-Venango) serves as Majority Chair and Rep. Bud George (D-Clearfield) serves as Democratic Chair.
