The Department of Environmental Protection published a notice June 30 inviting comments on a proposed Total Maximum Daily Load plan for the Irish Creek Watershed in Berks County (PA Bulletin page 3806).  A copy of the proposed TMDL is available on DEP’s TMDL webpage.
