On June 30 the Department of Environmental Protection published a notice soliciting proposals for a one-time grant opportunity for the preparation of a Commonwealth Comprehensive Energy Analysis to be completed by December 31, 2012.

Applications will be accepted from July 2 through August 3.  DEP said it would make one award in an amount not to exceed $100,000.
