The Joint Legislative Air And Water Pollution and Conservation Committee Monday published the July issue of its Environmental Synopsis newsletter.

This month’s issue features articles on the national energy outlook, electronics recycling, investing in bike/pedestrian infrastructure and water  infrastructure needs.
