The Department of Environmental Protection published a notice listing certification requests under the Nutrient Credit Trading Program and a formal notice proposed to delist the Presque Isle Bay as an Area of Concern and setting a public comment period (PA Bulletin page 4983).

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published a notice listing proposed water withdrawal requests it will consider at a public hearing/meeting on August 23 (PA Bulletin page 5006).

The Fish and Boat Commission published a notice confirming additions to the Class A Wild Trout Waters list and a second notice with additions to and removal from the Wild Trout Streams list.
