The Department of Environmental Protection is inviting comments on proposed Total Maximum Daily Load Plans for the Dalmatia Creek Watershed in Northumberland County and the Spicer Brook Watershed in Bedford County (PA Bulletin page 5434). Copies of the plans are available on DEP’s TMDL webpage. |
