Description: This memorandum provided guidance concerning the liner requirements for construction and demolition waste landfills. Rescission: DEP ID: 254-2160-762. Title: Management of Municipal Ash Waste from Resource Recovery Facilities. Description: This policy was developed to interpret existing State law and regulations concerning the management of municipal waste ash residue (fly ash and bottom ash) in this Commonwealth.
