The Department of Environmental Protection published a notice of a proposed revision to the State Implementation Plan for motor vehicle emissions budgets for the 5-county Philadelphia Region.

The Fish and Boat Commission published a list of proposed additions to the list of Wild Trout  Streams and a list of proposed changes to the Class A Wild Trout Streams list.

The Department of Agriculture published a notice suspending the 2 percent biodiesel content mandate as a result of Hurricane Sandy.
