The Department of Agriculture published a notice formally suspending the 2 percent biodiesel mandate in response to Hurricane Sandy from November 2 to 12. Draft: DEP ID: 562-5900-001. Title: Surface Mine Accident/Incident Investigations. Description: The purpose of this guidance is to outline a standard operating procedure for the Department's role in investigating accidents which cause serious injury or death; and in investigating incidents that had the potential to cause bodily injury on surface mine sites. The guidance is being revised to update the investigation procedures and to include the reporting and investigation of incidents on surface mine sites.
