House

Utility Termination: House Bill 17 (Thomas-D-Delaware) further providing for the termination of utility service.

Co-Sponsor Memos--

AEPS Tier II: Rep. Dan Moul (R-Adams) circulated a memo this week seeking co-sponsors for legislation to amend the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards Act to include natural gas as a Tier II energy source.

Stormwater Penalties: Rep. Matt Gabler (R-Clearfield) proposed legislation to protect municipalities from unreasonable penalties under the Stormwater Management Act.

Littering Fines: Rep. Mario Scavello (R-Monroe) proposed a bill increasing fines for littering.

Radon Awareness: Rep. Harry Readshaw (D-Allegheny) a resolution proclaiming January Radon Awareness Month in Pennsylvania

Regulating Billboards: Rep. Bernie O’Neill (R-Bucks) further providing for regulating the placement of billboard by municipalities.
