The Penn State Marcellus Center for Outreach and Research will be offering a series of courses starting in late January on issues related to Marcellus Shale development.  The courses scheduled so far include--

-- January 31: Economic Development, Infrastructure and Utilization, Pittsburgh;

-- February 28: Regulatory Framework and Issues, Harrisburg; and

-- April 25: Remediation and Reclamation Field Day, Williamsport.

Dr. Michael Arthur, a Professor in the Department of Geosciences and Dr. David Yoxtheimer, Professional Geologist, will serve as course instructors.
