Butler County residents will have fourteen opportunities in 2013 to recycle their electronics and properly dispose of household hazardous waste.

The first collection will take place on Saturday, January 19 with additional collections taking place through the end of October.

Types of items accepted include all types of electronics, paint and paint products, pesticides, cleaners, auto fluids, fluorescent light bulbs, flammable liquids, batteries, propane tanks, etc.

It is requested that if you plan to attend, call the collection contractor ECS&R at their toll-free phone number 1-866-815-0016 for details. Nominal fees apply to all drop-offs based on various prices per pound per type of item.
