Emergency Planning/Response Rules Published For Marcellus Shale Operations

The Environmental Quality Board and PA Emergency Management Agency published final omitted/emergency rulemaking on January 26 covering Emergency Response Planning at Unconventional Well Sites.  (PA Bulletin page 526)

The regulation was adopted by the Board in November following a review by DEP’s Oil and Gas Technical Advisory Board last September.
